The Pleasant Valley Art Department has put together a terrific career resources page on their website check it out for information about what to do with an art degree and help for putting together a portfolio, something that you need to have if your are in an art-related field.
National Portfolio Days are an annual events, held in multiple locations produced specifically for emerging visual artists and designers. It's a unique opportunity for those who wish to pursue an education in art and design to meet one-on-one with professional representatives from colleges and universities who are accredited. Additionally students will receive valuable feedback and guidance on their portfolios. Accredited schools will be able to discuss their specific school programs.
